After nine years of EMDR & Beyond providing clinical expertise through our team of EMDR clinicians and consultants, the clinical part of our business closed March 31, 2024. It is with both joy and gratitude that we reflect on all we have accomplished together and celebrate new futures for our team of therapists and Amy Terrell, Clinical Director and co-owner of EMDR & Beyond.

To Jessica Volk, Sheila Russell, Blaine Conrad, Zoey Erixon, Jacob Linduski, Kayli Winchester, and Tony Parmenter, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for your time and dedicated service with our team. Your tireless efforts, compassion, and commitment to the EMDR community will continue to make a profound impact. We are deeply grateful for the healing you have provided to your clients and for your unwavering support during this time of transition. We are confident that each of you will continue to pursue your vision and contribute to the well-being of many.

“As I conclude this chapter of my journey with EMDR & Beyond I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every client who has entrusted me with your care. It has been an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you in your healing process. Additionally, I am so grateful for the practitioners I have had the honor to collaborate with on this journey.

While this may be the end of my practice as you know it, it marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for me. In the future, I will be channeling my passion for EMDR therapy into continuing to write my own advanced EMDR trainings, designed to further enhance the therapeutic skills of EMDR Therapists.

Additionally, I am thrilled to announce that I have joined forces with the AGATE Institute to teach their phenomenal EMDR Basic Trainings. This partnership allows me to continue sharing about the transformative power of EMDR in a way that reaches a broader audience, ensuring that EMDR therapy continues to grow in Iowa & beyond.”
